Who prepares the budget?
The Management Company for Eagle Ridge HOA prepares the budget for Board review and approval.

What goes into creating a budget?
The prior year's  income and expenses are analyzed and projections are made for creation of the following year's budget.  Association income is primarily funded by member assessments. Expenses are Board approved operating costs as determined by the CC&Rs.

When are the budgets published?
New budgets are published in time for the Annual Meeting in October.

Can I see an existing budget?
The current and historical budgets are available for review and download via the "Budgets Archive" button below.

Who approves the budget?
The Board of Directors reviews and approves the annual budget.
